The Rotary Club of Ponte Vedra Beach Sunset has an opportunity to raise monies towards the eradication of Polio. 

What polio eradication costs

Upwards of US$1 billion per year from all sources is needed in donor contributions to fund the final eradication phase. This level of expense is expected to decrease as wild polio virus transmission is interrupted in the four remaining polio-endemic countries and outbreaks in previously polio-free countries are reduced. The budget for the Global Polio Eradication Initiative is revised quarterly to reflect changes in epidemiology as well as financial contributions made by Rotary and other donors to the program.

The Web.com Tour Championship is offering the Rotary Club of Ponte Vedra Beach Sunset through their 501 (c)(3) Ponte Vedra Beach Rotary Sunset Charities, Inc., an opportunity to receive $10.00 of every $15.00 weekly Clubhouse ticket purchased using the code DRIVE.

All monies raised from ticket sales will be donated to End Polio Now.

where supporter will enter the unique promotional code....DRIVE, select the number of tickets you wish to purchase, and continue with the 

online purchasing process. once completed, you will receive a confirmation email. Tickets can then be printed at home for no additional charge.

What forms of payment for online purchases are acceptable?

All online orders must be paid by credit card payment at the time of purchase. There are no invoices issued and no partial

payments accepted. MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express are all accepted.

Do you need a parking pass to park at the tournament lot on CR 210 every day?

No, parking is free in the tournament lot off of CR 210 all week.

Will the ticket purchaser receive a receipt for their charitable donation?

The ticket purchase does not constitute a charitable donation, because of the consumer is receiving something of value

in return. For more information, please consult your tax adviser.
