Bright Holidays!!

Once again, Palm Valley Rotarians are partnering with Bright Holidays.  Founded in 2004, this all volunteer organization aims to provide necessities to over 1,000 needy children indentified through partnerships with 40 Jacksonville area schools. The Rotarians' job is to procure the toys - for all ages, from infants to teenagers, boys and girls.  Think sport balls, makeup, board games, coloring books and crayons, etc.  Bring your new, unwrapped toys to the club's November 20 meeting at MLCC, when Mike Shreve will pick them up, sort, allocate to appropriate children, wrap and deliver in time for Christmas!  Phew, a massive but highly successful undertaking.  How wonderful to make so many children happy on Christmas morning!
