D6970 Awarded North American Certificate of Achievement in Youth Exchange

Congratulations are in order to us! On February 16, 2013 at the North American Youth Exchange Network (NAYEN) Conference, District 6970's Rotary Youth Exchange Program was awarded a Gold Certificate of Achievement. This is testament to all the hard work and commitment to the Rotary Youth Exchange program.  Thanks to all the Rotary Clubs and Rotarians for their hard work and continued support.
